Maritime Robotics, based in Trondheim, Norway, delivers innovative unmanned robotic vessels enabling data collection ranging from aerial to seabed mapping.

Before working with Nettly

Due to substantial internal and market growth, they identified the need for enhanced structure in its marketing, sales, and customer service operations.

Maritime Robotics faced as a company an increasing number of inquiries requiring follow-up from both sales and service teams and communication among the expanding staff required improvement.

The goal of the collaboration was to implement HubSpot CRM, providing employees with a user-friendly system that also offered comprehensive tools.


Steps we took

Through their partnership with Nettly, Maritime Robotics successfully adopted HubSpot as their CRM system, investing in a Professional license for Marketing, Sales, and Service.

This has equipped the entire company with the tools needed to attract, engage, and delight their customers.

They have achieved implementation of a new internal structure that has resulted in improved communication, better oversight of essential information, and opportunities for following up with potential and existing customers.
