Why pricing is important
Our engagements range from EUR 70.000 to 150.000. The exact fee is based on the scope of the work, the value we are able to provide, and how much of our compensation we are willing to put at risk.
During our initial discovery, we will present three different options of how we can work together. Each option will be customized to your business and aligned with the outcomes you need to achieve.
We believe that a true partnership means a shared financial risk. This means that we can agree to a base fee and tie some of our compensation to the outcomes and value we create for you.
Investment in growth mitigates risk
We understand that achieving growth comes from having experienced people, the right technology, and a realistic investment in marketing that is aligned with growth goals.
Paying premium lets us invest in hiring experienced people or working with the best contractors in our space. It also means that we can invest in continuous learning and make sure that we are kept up to date with new technologies, strategies, and tactics in our field.
We do not charge by the hour or do project-based work. Our compensation is aligned with the value of our solution and is agreed upon in advance. We only engage with a limited number of clients due to the depth of the engagement.
By paying a premium and based on value, you get a partner that is incentivized to achieve the goals you want in less time. Our expertise is always regarded as a positive return on investment, and we will be upfront with you in our initial discussions if we believe that we will not be able to deliver results.
Investing in the right technology
We require all our clients to have either a HubSpot Marketing Professional or Enterprise license. The license for HubSpot Marketing will generally range between EUR 9000 to EUR 35 000 per year depending on the features you need and the number of marketing contacts you have in your database.
We also strongly advise clients to invest in a HubSpot Sales Professional or Enterprise license. The license for HubSpot Sales will generally range between EUR 5000 to 13 000 per year. If your organization is already using a CRM that can be integrated with HubSpot (Salesforce, Microsoft CRM), we can set up an integration between the two systems.
